Sam has been a partner at Eberle Berlin for over 15 years. Sam’s practice focuses on all types of commercial litigation, insurance bad faith litigation, ERISA and employee benefits litigation, construction litigation, business counseling and business transactions. Sam successfully represents a wide variety of local business and entrepreneurs, as well as several well-known and respected national and international companies. Sam has been lead counsel in numerous major, complex commercial litigation cases throughout the United States, and he is also the Chair of Eberle Berlin’s Litigation Practice Group.
