Rich is a partner at Eberle Berlin. Prior to working for Eberle Berlin, Rich was both an Assistant Boise City Attorney and worked in the policy office for Idaho Governors Philip E. Batt and Dirk Kempthorne. Rich’s practice focuses on complex litigation, business counseling, and health care law. His practice also includes the representation of local Idaho government entities. Including his work as a prosecutor, Rich has been lead chair in numerous trials throughout Idaho.
