​Neil is an AV-rated lawyer who has been a partner at Eberle Berlin for more than 20 years.  Neil’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, employment and labor law, and workers’ compensation.  He represents many local governments, businesses and entrepreneurs, as well as some of the most well-respected national and international companies.  Neil has been lead or co-chair in over 100 trials or administrative hearings throughout Idaho.  Neil is also the Chair of Eberle Berlin’s Employment and Labor Law Practice Group.
